Instructions for Oral Presentations

   The official language of the workshop is English. All speakers are requested to come to the session room 10 minutes before the session begins and to notify the chairpersons of their presence. Only a LCD projector will be available in the workshop room. For the LCD projector, if you would like to use your own computer, you should bring the one with mini Dsub-15 I/O pins. You can also bring your presentation copied on CD or USB flash memory.

   You are recommended to install the LCD projector before the session preferably during the coffee break.

including a 5 minute  
   discussion time

  Oral Talks  

  20 minutes  


Instructions for Poster Presentations

Please note!
Collection for poster space is 90 cm wide
   All materials on the panel should be written in English. The panel is 90 cm wide and 210 cm high.
   Please prepare a poster label (115 cm wide and 21 cm high) that contains the title of the presentation and the author names and affiliations.
